Katie Turns NINE Years Old!!

January 28th, 2001 Katherine Brianne Logan was born. My only baby girl is growing up so fast! We are celebrating this weekend when my sister and nieces come to visit. Last night for her actual birthday we just cooked her favorite meal and got her a cookie cake. She wanted ribs, turnip greens and cowboy beans (pork n beans)! She is definitely a "country girl" at heart! She also wanted a cookie cake. They only had a "Go Saints" cookie cake which was actually pretty appreciate considering Katie was born on Super Bowl Sunday. Luckily she was born in the morning before the game started, or her daddy might not have made it to the birth!LOL He loves his football!

The poor baby was so excited about her birthday that she couldn't sit still. She kept getting hurt from flopping around so much. She fell out of her chair and nearly broke her wrist. I almost never got her to calm down. I finally ended up wrapping it in some fabric scraps so it would "look" like a bandage. She wore it to school today so I am sure her whole school will be hearing about her "broken" wrist!
